Wizard Words - Creative Writing
I
love writing and have written several projects and articles. I am currently seeking
publication for -
'Sacred Flame - The Magic of Firewalking',
'Divine Right Ordering'
'Creatrix' my first novel.
Creatrix is
a story about game playing, dreaming, magic and personal growth. I have
completed the first book, 'Tyr's Angel' which is with my publisher
awaiting a
decision. There will be two further books. I have created a fictional
website. 'Somasync'
is a
fictional company from my novel. They produce a collective lucid
dreaming
game called Creation.

Do we really create our own reality?
In Wizard News, on the 5th July I included an article from William Bloom called
'Do we really create our own reality?' It came at a time when I had been exploring 'success principles. the Law of Attraction, and 'The Secret'.
I had been feeling uncomfortable about the information I was seeing out
there about these principles. I began to think that there was something
missing. That it wasn't as simple as focus your energy on something you
desire to attract it into your life......believe, affirm, give it power
and feeling, and it will be manifest in your life before long. A
teacher of mine once commented on the principle that you create your
own reality. He feels it is setting people up for 'ego failure'.
This article from William Bloom was emailed to me whilst I was
listening to Adyashanti's broadcast about suffering. It was quite a
powerful moment, the email was totally relevant to my thinking. I am
now studying these success principles in relation to the ideas
presented in William's article. More about this soon.
