Journey to the Wild Divine
I first encountered people using bio-feedback technology therapeutically through 'A Quiet Place' as
part of their Educational Therapeutics programme. Heartmath is only
a very small part of the wonderful work they do at the Quiet Place, but
their work with Heartmath sparked my interest and I decided to find out more.
When you are stressed, it is not the situation causing it.
It's your body that's out of sync. Typical negative emotions we feel
when we are stressed; like anger, worry, anxiety and frustration, lead
to disorder in the heart rhythms and nervous system.
In contrast,
positive emotions like joy, appreciation, care and kindness, create
harmony in these systems. Scientists call this harmony, coherence. Coherence
leads to more mental clarity, creativity and better problem solving
abilities, making it easier to find solutions and respond to situations
in a relaxed state. With practice you can change your state at will and
enjoy this kind of coherence at any time.
After working with the HeartMath software , I continued to research to find out
what other technology was available. I was delighted to come across the
Journey to the Wild Divine.

I love this programme, you use finger sensors and your feelings to engage in interactive exercises that really
lift your heart and make you feel more open and receptive to relaxed
states of being. When I first played the game, the whole family
crowded round to hear a beautiful and uplifting story of human
awakening.
It's incredible to feel your heart lifting and
then see the images on the screen change in direct response to your
emotions. My children are fascinated by the game. My 7 year
old son was delighted to find that he could juggle with energy balls
just by feeling happy and make a windmill spin simply by feeling love.
My 9 year old daughter has been practicing playing thought movies.

endorsed by the His Holiness the Dalai Lama.
